We Are the Next Generation
WeGeneration Afrika is a youth empowerment organisation operating across Zimbabwe. We believe Africa's greatest resource is its young people, and our mission is to equip, inspire and connect the young generation to redefine the story of our continent.
Through fortnightly speaker sessions, monthly panelist discussions, workshops, mentorship and our annual conference, we are building a generation that leads with purpose and speaks with power.
Our Programs
Every two weeks we host a guest speaker who shares their story and vision. Open to all youth across Zimbabwe.
Monthly deep-dive panels featuring leaders and changemakers discussing issues that affect Africa's young generation.
Hands-on workshops equipping young people with tools to tell Africa's story better through writing, media and public speaking.
Connecting ambitious young Zimbabweans with established mentors across business, arts, civic leadership and more.
Our flagship annual gathering bringing Zimbabwe's brightest young minds together for inspiration, learning and networking.
